Atul is heading Nike’s Apparel sourcing operations for South Asia, (India, Srilanka and Pakistan) since 2001 in the capacity of Country Director. The South Asian region,which Atul manages, exports over 45 million units(over 350Mn $) annually of Nike Apparel to global markets.

Atul is a bachelor in Mech. Engineering, New Delhi (1987-1991) and a post graduate in Apparel Marketing and Merchandising from National Institute of Fashion technology (NIFT–Delhi 1992-1994)

Prior to the current India assignment, Atul has been working in S.E. Asia (Thailand and Indonesia)for several years where he managedkey functions of apparel operations and sourcing.

Atul’s leadership position in regional sourcing function alongwith being an integral part of Nike’s global apparel supply chain enables him to draw from his invaluable insights and global exposure. Atul is credited with developing strategic relationships with vendors in the subcontinent with a few of them becoming Nike’s topmost sourcing partners. Atul has also been instrumental in building and aligning textile supply chains which never existed in the Indian source base earlier.More recently under Atul’s leadership of the S Asian source base, Nike has set up Global Apparel’s Innovation, LEAN and Training center in Sri Lanka for steering sustainable manufacturing practices.

Atul is a 3-time “Nike Apparel Maxim award”winner and has also been felicitated “Excellence Award for contribution to business and society” by the Hon, Textile Minister of Govt. of India felicitating the award at National Institute of Fashion Technology, New Delhi in the year 05 in presence of The President of India. Atul has held leadership positions and was the Chairman of American Chamber of Commerce (AMCHAM) -Bangalore chapter for the year 10-11.

His other interests are golf and yoga.

With expertise in development of premium apparel brands, Shailesh is a business leader with 22 yrs of work experience in apparel industry. For the last 8 yrs he has been working as the ‘Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer’ of Tommy Hilfiger business in India and in a pioneering effort , has demonstrated methods of rapidly scaling up premium , imported business of very high standards in India .

Along with Tommy Hilfiger, he has led some of the biggest brands including German brand Esprit, Benetton in Asia and brands of Madura Garments including Louise Philippe, Van Heusen & Allen Solly.

Before the current assignment with Tommy Hilfiger, he had briefly worked in Hong Kong with Benetton plc of Italy as the Head of its wholesale business in Asia Pacific region.

Navneet Kapoor is the President and Managing Director for Target India, a fully owned subsidiary of Target Corporation (NYSE: TGT). Target is a Minneapolis-based discount retailer with over $70 billion in annual revenue, which serves guests at 1,916 stores – 1,789 in the United States and 127 in Canada.

Navneet was named to his current position in June 2012, after spending sixyears with Target during which he held a variety of leadership roles. In his current role, Navneet has responsibility for all aspects - strategic and operational - of Target India, and leads an organization of over 2,900 talented team members focused on all key functional areas associated with a retail business: technology, e-commerce, analytics and reporting, merchandising, marketing, finance, property development, among others.

Prior to joining Target, Navneet spent about 10 years with GE in New York - USA, Bangkok - Thailand, Tokyo - Japan and Gurgaon –India, in a variety of roles spanning research and development, operations & quality, and marketing. Most recently before Target, he served as Vice President - Marketing for GE’s Commercial Finance business in Asia.

Navneet received his Ph.D (Chemical Engineering) and M.S (Electrical Engineering) degrees from the University of Minnesota, USA, an MBA from the University of Chicago, USA and a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering from IIT Kanpur, India. He has several patents to his name, has published numerous research articles in various refereed journals like IEEE and has presented his research at numerous conferences.

Navneet is married and lives in Bangalore with his wife and two sons. When not at work, he enjoys sports, movies, theatre and traveling.
With over 15 years of experience, Mr. Shane Krige has joined The Ritz-Carlton Bangalore as General Manager. In his earlier role as the General Manager of The Plaza New York, he led the three-year US$450 million renovation. Prior to this he distinguished himself in leadership roles in London and Dallas. He has re-joined The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company after previously holding a senior management position at The Ritz-Carlton in Washington D.C. Mr. Krige began his career with Marriott Hotels & Resorts and has also held senior management positions with Hyatt Hotels.

A native of South Africa, Mr. Krige holds a bachelor of science in Hotel Management with minor in business from Mercyhurst College in Erie, Pennsylvania.

Mr. Krige is married and has two children; he is passionate about Motocross and surfing. He has recently been appointed a parent member on the Advisory Council of the Canadian International School.

4th Generation member of the Kirloskar Group started in 1888. Kirloskar Group manufactures Pumps, Engines and Compressors and other related products.

He is the Chairman and Managing Director of Kirloskar Systems Ltd. and Vice Chairman of Toyota Kirloskar Motor.

He lives in Bangalore, Karnataka State and is responsible for partnering the Toyota group and starting a major automobile manufacturing industry in the state. For this he has been recognized by the Government and presented with the "Suvarna Karnataka" award.

Vikram started working in the family business after College, initially in Production Engineering. He designed and developed many processes and machine tools early in his career.

He was involved in opening the import licensing for capital equipment while serving on the Government’s Development Council for Machine Tools in the late 1980’s. He has also served as the President of The Central Manufacturing Technology Institute in Bangalore. He continues to serve on the National Council of the Confederation of Indian Industry and is Chairman of its Innovation Council. He also serves on the Govt. of India Development Council for Automobiles and the National Council for Electric Mobility.

He has been elected President of the Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers. He is also involved in many activities at MIT and serves on the Visiting Humanities Committee and Educational Council.

Kirloskar Systems Ltd. is a holding and investment company owned by Vikram, and is involved in Real Estate and Healthcare, and is the partner in the joint ventures with Toyota.

Vikram likes wine and enjoys cooking and good food. Both he and Geetanjali golf regularly and spend a lot of time travelling and exploring.
Prasad has over 3 decades of experience with various Technology companies. Prior to his current assignment, Prasad was Vice President-IT at FMR India, a leading US Multinational in Bangalore. He has also established and served as General Manager for the Software Architecture Division of Sony in India. Earlier in his career Prasad worked for Alcatel Business Systems in France and Indian Telephone Industries in various capacities, leading teams in developing telecom products for the Indian and Global markets. Before his current role as CEO-PIC, he headed the Healthcare division at PIC as Sr. Director.

Prasad has an outstanding academic record and holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication and a Masters in Business Administration.

Having a unique distinction of being a Hindu Hitachi Scholar, he has published papers at the Telecom IEEE conferences. Prasad has worked in Japan and France earlier in his career. He has been part of several national committees in India including the CII taskforce to drive Broadband adoption in India.

David Orth is the General Manager of GKN Aerospace India. David has an MSc in Mechanical Engineering from Chalmers University in Sweden. After graduation he joined Semcon, working for the company in Germany, Sweden, UK and India. Between 2009 and 2013 David was Managing Director for Semcon in India where he played a key role in establishing and growing their engineering capabilities. In 2013 he joined GKN Aerospace as general manager for the company’s India operation and the new Bangalore site .
Rachna Aggarwal, an MBA from IIM, Ahmedabad, started her career with Coats Viyella Plc. She worked on Van Heusen and went on to launch Allen Solly in 1993, when she introduced the concept of `Friday Dressing’ to the country.

In 1999, Rachna co-promoted the venture capital funded brand-marketing firm, Indus-League Clothing Ltd along with 7 other colleagues. It was acquired by The Future Group in 2005. Rachna took over as CEO of Indus League in 2008.

When most athletes only begin to peak, at the age of 28, Pankaj Advani has already won all the championships his game has to offer many times over. The 9-time World Champion in cue sports won his first world title when he was just 18 and is the only Asian to have ever won both the Billiards and Snooker World Championships. One of the youngest Indians to be honoured with the Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna award, Pankaj has also been conferred the Arjuna and Padmashree awards. Ashwini Nachappa is an accomplished former athlete and an Indian film actress from Karnataka, India. Nachappa gained fame around the start of the 1980s, when she outran P.T. Usha on two separate occasions. She has since been referred to as India's FloJo, and in 1990 she received the prestigious Arjuna award. Being noted as a social worker and educationist, she has also built a school. She is currently the president of the Bangalore Urban District Athletics Association.

Beena Patre is an entrepreneur and interior stylist with a formal education in Interior Architecture and Design. Besides travel and food being her hobby, she has also assisted her principles in designing some of the furniture. Kulsum Shadab Wahab, a Bangalorean, is a successful woman entrepreneur. A graduate from Bangalore University.
